What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, email and phone number to send your order and contact you about it. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.

Contact form

When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, and your phone number and message if you give them. We use them only to reply to you, and delete enquiries we no longer need. Our emails are sent by Resend, our email provider, which processes them on our behalf.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary storage, such as remembering what is in your bag.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@studiobatik.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
